Adopting a miniature pig from Belgium: a guide for families abroad

1 min read

If you live outside Belgium and one of our piglets has caught your eye, tell us where you live before making a reservation. Our family raises miniature pigs near Liège. We start each international enquiry by looking at the individual piglet, the home you can offer and whether a journey to your destination is possible.

Meet the pigs near Liège

Visits are by appointment. If you can come to the farm, ask to meet the adult pigs as well as the piglets. Seeing an adult move around its enclosure gives you a much better sense of the space to plan for at home. If you are further away, tell us which piglet interests you and what you would like to know about its parents.

Check availability before you plan a journey

Our available piglets page shows each animal’s current status. Include the piglet’s name or description in your message so we can confirm its availability and discuss when it may be ready to leave. If the piglet you like is already reserved, you can ask about future litters.

What to include in an international enquiry

Start your message with your country and postcode. Tell us about your outdoor space, shelter and any pigs already living with you. If you have a particular time in mind or would like to visit, mention that too. These details help us give you an answer that fits your home.

Before you reserve

We discuss your destination, the proposed route and the arrangements that would need to be confirmed before a piglet could travel. Please wait for that discussion before paying a deposit or booking transport.
